Egg Donations & Purchases
At Little Cluckerz, we’re proud to offer fresh eggs to our community—whether donated or purchased. Because eggs are a perishable product, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive eggs that are cracked, damaged, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Optional Donations
All donations made to support our flock and operations are voluntary and deeply appreciated. Since these are contributions rather than purchases, donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Delivery Fees
Our small delivery fee helps cover transportation costs for customers who can’t pick up their eggs, especially our older neighbors. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the eggs have been delivered. If a delivery is missed or delayed due to our error, we’ll work with you to make it right.
